In 2021, our founder Sandi adopted her first dog.
Not long after, she realised something wasn’t right. Her dog had constant skin issues — pink, sensitive skin all over and very little fur, which never fully developed as she grew.

Determined to help her dog feel better, Sandi started experimenting with fresh, home-prepared meals and carefully observed what worked and what didn’t. After many trials, she began to suspect that preservatives commonly found in commercial pet foods might have been the real trigger.
As she shared her experience with friends and other pet parents, she realised something surprising — many dogs were facing the same issue.
What started as a personal solution slowly grew into something bigger. That was how ME Paws was born.
Since then, Sandi has continued learning, attending courses, and refining her recipes to create safe, wholesome meals for all furry companions.
In 2024, another rescued dog joined our family, reminding us once again why we started this journey.
Our story may be simple, but our goal has always been the same:
to give pets the wholesome, nourishing meals they deserve.
