Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The request must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.

For safety and hygiene reasons, opened pet food products cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is:

  • Damaged during delivery

  • Incorrect item

  • Defective product

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

You may be required to provide:

  • Photos of the product

  • Photos of the packaging

  • Your order number

Once verified, we will arrange for:

  • A replacement product, or

  • A refund if replacement is not available.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Opened pet food products (unless defective)

  • Clearance or promotional items

  • Gift cards

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage

4. Refund Process

Once your return request is approved:

  1. You will receive instructions for returning the item (if required).

  2. After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.

  3. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

Refund processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

5. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item or defective product).

  • Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
